HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
You can calculate your delivery price once you have added your items to your shopping cart. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We are currently unable to track orders with Royal Mail or Royal Mail International.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Occasionally items can be lost in the post. If you have not received your items, email hello@soulkindpeople.com
Please note that orders shipped by Royal Mail International cannot be replaced until 28 days after the order was placed.
If your order is missing because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you will be charged for redelivery.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong item we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please email hello@soulkindpeople.com including photographs clearly showing the damage, or the incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in.
